My favorite is quinoa tacos. I cook quinoa with garlic, cumin, black and red pepper, in veggie broth. Then I add in black beans, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado. Serve it on corn tortillas with a little gorgonzola cheese... it's heaven on earth. Truly is... thanks for this recipe!
