I have done them a few ways (w/parmesan, just s&p, etc), but this last time I used 2 T olive oil, the juice of a whole lemon, and salt and pepper. I mixed the kale all up in it and let it sit for about 5 minutes before I baked it. Oh, and I do them at 350 for 15 minutes.
