today!
last day of school.
first day of summer.
this is how I feel about it.

messy hair. 
sticky children.
grass stains.
no shoes. 
dirty feet. 
battle wounds. 
sunshine. 
sunset. 
sundown.....
...and still outside.

It's great to see your kids outside and playing. They're precious and will turn out to be much better for having spent their childhood learning, exploring and not being afraid of a little dirt!

Love the day you are enjoying - we have a couple of weeks left (the kids get out so late in the pacific northwest!). There is something divine about waking up with no agenda, sun streaming down, and dreams of bare feet, sprinklers, and picnics!
