still smiling

While everyone else was watching the movie with flying blue people (is it really that good?? someone please let me know) we were watching Sherlock Holmes. I loved every second of it--very clever and entertaining--two thumbs up and one big smile from me.

ahhh!!! I want to see that so bad!! We did see Avatar, not my fave, it was a bit long, but the special effects were incredible. Especially if you see it in 3-D.
I think it was a bit "mother-Earthy" for me though. Good to see once, maybe wait till it hits the cheap theaters.

Maybe because I didn't know anything about Avatar or had low expectations but I really enjoyed it. I got really into it and am glad I saw it. I'd be fun to see in 3-D.

Yum. Loved Sherlock Holmes. I can't waaaaiiit for more!

I did not want to see Avatar. No interest at all. But, we had free tickets, and everyone was going to go without me. So, I went. And it was actually enjoyable. I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. I think it is worth seeing for sure. :)

Cara good to know! I'm pretty sure I would have to be forced into seeing it....which I think is going to happen!

I've heard awesome things about Avatar. I'm going to see it. Sherlock Holmes was great. Loved it. Have to say, the only thing I didn't like was Megan McAdams. I really like her but just didn't like her here. Not sure why. Anyone else??
