good crusty bread, grilled (this was a garlic and rosemary loaf)
goat cheese
tomatoes
olives
basil and oregano
olive oil
salt

on the grill for just a few minutes...

yum.

yuuuuuuuuuuuuum! I just had almost this exact thing for dinner and it was absolute delightfulness:) I wish now that I had added the olives!

yummy! delicioso! are you guys vegetarian? I actually started on Monday, more of a vegan lifestyle. I may phase dairy back in, but i'm not missing meat at all, and strangely haven't had any cravings for cheese or even sugar! we'll see where this takes me!

sometimes the simplest things are the best. Some night all I have for dinner is feta cheese, farm picked tomatos and cucumbers and some pita! :)
