day nineteen

spoon + pb + chocolate chips
pb

I am thankful for simple luxuries. When 4 o'clock rolls around....this is my luxury.
Saturday mornings with no alarm.
An extra five minutes in the (extra hot) shower.
Listening to my kids talk in their sleep.
Reading a magazine while I eat my lunch.

simple things.....are sometimes my favorite things.

What are your simple luxuries?

I remember you posting about this little treat a long time ago and I have been hooked on it ever since. It's so yummy. It's hard to resist seconds!

what a great idea for a little afternoon treat. much better than half the bag of choc chips.

just thinking of simple little moments today-singing out loud in my car after getting a 32 oz drink from Sonic. made me so happy.

I appreciate your lovely blog!

Brand new socks, time to play the piano without interruption, a cute pair of earrings or a bracelet, my eyelash curler, and a hot rice sack in the bed at my feet when I go to bed at night. These are my luxuries!

My simple luxuries:
my morning coffee, reading my favorite blogs, magazines + bagel & cream cheese + chai at Barnes and Noble, singing loud in the car, driving to the beach on a whim just to see the ocean.

lip gloss. definitely lip gloss.

hooray for mornings without alarms. now that i think of it...i haven't set an alarm in a year and a half...since my little man was born. sigh. guess i'd much rather wake to a baby anyway.
