so cute and dainty! =) I wonder if this could be used as wedding reception decor (?) A very affordable one! hhmm, maybe as seating place card?

You are a much nicer mom than me. I don't do colored eggs and I never will. If I do it even once, I will be stuck forever. Sometimes I have to recognize my limits, and colored eggs are it. My patience just can't do it.

FUN!
I do love eating hard-boiled eggs...but man, what a disappointment when you go to eat that one really dark brown one to find out that it is indeed, just a hard boiled egg, and not some ridiculously good chocolate like it appears to be. It looks like it should have a caramel filling.

I was thinking I wanted to buy a bunch of clearance dye kits just to let my kids dye random things throughout the year because it's kind of science-y and they love it so much. But then that would take away from the Easter excitement so maybe not.
And... duh I am SO sorry I forgot about the movie, what is wrong with me?? Makenzie got an ear infection and was SO out of it yesterday and today that I just wasn't thinking about anything else. Hope you guys had fun!

My SIL, "The Russian" :) boils her eggs with the outsides (crusty parts) of onions and they turn this rich brown and are so pretty. You should try it!

I am living through your Easter egg pictures! I am layed up with an a torn ACL and several torn ligaments plus a non displaced fracture.... I didn't even take my camera out this Easter. I am in too much pain. Thanks for sharing the pictures. It put a smile on my face.
